Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Item must be in original packaging
Due to hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and shapewear must be tried on over undergarments

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
Items without original packaging
Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Exchanges

If you need a different size, contact us and we’ll help you place an exchange (subject to availability).
